About registration

Note: For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors should complete the author registration before 30 June, 2021; other participants can register by 31 July, 2021.

Each TASE registration fee covers:

■ Conference proceedings and program
■ Access to conference sessions
■ Coffee breaks and lunches through 25-27th August
■ Reception on 25th and banquet on 26th August

About VISA

Attendees from most countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China; Attendees can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy.

You may need an invitation letter to get a visa in the nearest Chinese Embassy/Consulate.
To get the invitation letter, please contact zhangmin@sei.ecnu.edu.cn and provide:

• Full Name (exactly as in your passport)
• Passport Number
• Your Nationality
• The dates you expect to arrive and depart China

We will email you the signed letter which will state the conference name, the duration of the conference, your detailed correspondence that will be extracted from your enquiry.

About accommodation

We provide the hotel information in the following table. We recommend three hotels which are very close to the conference venue and Metro. Please find your favorite hotel and book through official website or other thirt-party web services.
